• the Calendar Creator website at https://calendar-creator.online (the “Website”);
• the Calendar Creator mobile application for Android (the “Application”).

Together, the Website and the Application are referred to as the “Service”. The Service is provided free of charge and on an “AS IS” basis. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We do not require registration, and we do not ask you to create an account. We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information, except when you choose to contact us by email.

We automatically collect a limited amount of technical and usage information:

• your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address;
• the pages or screens you visit, and the date, time, and duration of your visit;
• your device type, operating system, and browser;
• aggregated, anonymized statistics about how the Service is used (for example, which calendar preset or export format is chosen).

The Service does not collect precise geolocation data.

Calendar Content and Uploaded Images

Calendars are generated from the parameters you enter — month, year, titles, notes, colors, and, for the “Visual” preset, an image you upload.

• On the Website, calendar files (PDF, PNG, JPG) are generated in your browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
• In the Application, calendar files are generated on your device.
• Images you upload for the “Visual” preset are processed locally and are not stored by us.
• We do not retain generated calendar files.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• understand usage trends and measure the performance of features;
• protect the Service against abuse (for example, by enforcing request rate limits);
• respond to your enquiries if you contact us.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers that have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — website usage analytics. GA4 collects events such as page views, session duration, device type, approximate (city-level, not precise) location, and the referrer that brought you to the Website. It uses cookies whose names start with _ga to distinguish visitors across pages. IP addresses are anonymized by Google before being stored. We use GA4 only to understand aggregate usage patterns; we do not combine GA4 data with any other identifying information about you. You can opt out site-wide by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Google Play Services — distribution and analytics for the Android Application;
• Firebase Analytics — usage analytics for the Application.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to these services to help us improve the Service.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 (the _ga and _ga_<container> cookies) to distinguish visitors and measure usage. These cookies do not store directly identifying information. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, or block them entirely by installing the GA opt-out add-on linked above. The Application does not use browser cookies.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information:

• as required by applicable law, such as to comply with a subpoena or a similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request;
• to trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not use the information independently, and are bound by obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain automatically collected technical data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. We do not store generated calendar files or uploaded images. If you would like us to delete information associated with you, contact us at support@calendar-creator.online, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Your Choices

• Website: you can limit analytics by adjusting your browser settings, using a browser-level opt-out, or declining non-essential cookies.
• Application: you can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard process provided by your device or the app marketplace.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@calendar-creator.online so that we can take the necessary action.

We value the confidentiality of your information and apply reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
