Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:
- the Calendar Creator website at https://calendar-creator.online (the “Website”);
- the Calendar Creator public API (the “API”);
- the Calendar Creator Android application (the “Application”).
Together, the Website, the API, and the Application are referred to as the “Service”. The Service is operated by the Service Provider.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Calendar Creator lets you generate customizable calendars and export them as PDF, PNG, or JPG files. The Service is provided free of charge and on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or its infrastructure;
- circumvent or exceed published request rate limits;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems;
- use automated means to access the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, other than through the API within its published limits.
3. API Usage
The API is provided for convenience and is subject to rate limits (currently 10 requests per minute per IP address and 500 requests per day in total). These limits may change at any time. The API is provided without any service-level guarantee and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
4. User Content
For presets that allow you to upload an image, you are solely responsible for the content you provide. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any image you upload. Uploaded images are processed locally — in your browser or on your device — and are not stored by us. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or offensive.
5. Intellectual Property
- Calendars you generate, and any content you provide, belong to you. You may use generated calendars for personal or commercial purposes.
- The Service itself — including its source code, design, branding, trademarks, and documentation — belongs to the Service Provider and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to it.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that generated files will meet your requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee any particular level of uptime or availability. The Service may be suspended, limited, or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time for any reason. Changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date is revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
